  Very nice store, easy location to find, clean and neat. They only thing is that when I was going to pay there were just one cashier and I took a while to pay for my item other than that is very nice and small location

  I had never purchased anything from adidas.
  It is amazing and incredibly irresponsible of a company this size to not make their shopping experience as far as being able to return an item more easy.
  It is impossible to find any way to do it online.
  The website as well as the app do not have any easy way that I could find anywhere to return an item. I have been subjected to having to get in my car and drive to the mall to return one item.
  They should take notes from amazon as to how to do business.
  When you make things easy for a customer (including returns) they return to shop again and again.
  Mind you it’s easy to purchase but good luck returning something. They should fire anyone involved in the development of their app as well as their website.
  They lost me as a customer forever.
