  I live in the property next to this building. This building is completely unsafe. they keep the gates open. you can go through the entire building without anyone noticing. they have "non working cameras". there is always thugs in their property and sketchy people. they take no responsibility for anything that happens there.
  do not rent there.
  asides from that the building smells like pee everywhere you walk even after they did their renovations. stay away!

  Horrible while I lived there. Pool always dirty, security gate propped open half the time. Palmetto bugs are specially bad. I lived there for almost a year with a water leak over the hallway in front of closet, I had painted it and replaced all the electric plates and they kept my deposit anyways.

  love my apartment! look and signed my lease in less than 48 hours. The staff is very friendly and helpful .jenny helped make my leasing experience so easy and fun. I just moved from newyork to miami and Thankfully it has been so easy.
