  Total scum working here. I was rear ended and he told me that they don't do transfers and I had to drive back to the airport. I called Budget back and they said that wasn't correct. They then tried to call him and he didn't answer, but walked out to my car saying his system was down (different reason than before). I put Budget customer service on speaker and he lied to them, too. I'm going to file a complaint against this guy and push it as far as I can. Unbelievable customer service. I was just rear ended and spent two hours waiting for the police report, and then this guy does this because he wants to close 15 minutes early?!?! There's another store 10 minutes away. Go there.
