  Dropped in for a quick bite. Didn't expect to find much since I'm vegan. I was pleasantly surprised that the team readily made me a bagel with avocado. It was delicious. And, their smoothies are addictive! They "veganized" it for me--soy, no whip. I do think this was the cleanest Einstein's I've ever visited! The employees were so pleasant and accommodating! I look forward to my next visit.
