  I had reservations online for a can for a week. The reservation was cancelled by them for no reason that anyone could find. The employee said internet reservations disappear sometimes. We go to pick up out can and they don't have any. We ended up having to go to a different location to get a van. When we go to return the can after our vacation, they're charging us over 200.00 MORE than the contract we originally had. They eventually honored the original order after many phone calls and emails of the original contract. Their locations are convenient, but this was the worst start to a vacation we've ever had. Never again!

  Reservations were great. Things went as normal just a few misunderstanding that we had to go back and correct. Ask questions so you completely understand the add on coverages and if there will be any additional drivers
