  I booked and had a reservation online for 9am. At 9am, I was told they did not have any cars and to call an hours before coming in. I called to assure they had cars and they sent me to another location other than the one on my my reservation. Arrived to this new location at 4pm using lyft to get there just to be told i need a major credit card to get a rental if you're under 25. Wasted my whole day.

  In this particular store the employees get out f the store a lot they hide in the back office leaving the customers unattended, and they have loud personal conversations and get mad if you interrupt them to ask a question, the assistant manager is the most lazy person i have seen on charge of a store

  Wilmer took a bad experience with the HERTZ at MIA and not only apologized but rectified the situation and told me he'd personally follow up with one of the managers at MIA
