  Great service! Great product!
  Once in a while we are lucky enough to meet someone who is here to help. I am happy to report that Carlos from Air Wizard is such a person! After calling on him in all kinds of 'emergency' situations when the air conditioning in our home was not working properly, he finally delivered on the biggest call of all - when I asked him about a new system. He analyzed our needs, explained our choices, and installed one of his recommended systems. I must tell you all the experience could not have gone more smoothly (with the exception of actually having to pay for the new equipment)...oh well, nothing free in this world. But, most importantly, when he said the equipment would arrive it arrived. When he said he and his team would be there to remove the old and install the new system...they were there.
  Working without so much as a break and politely only accepting glasses of water they installed what we hope will be our last AC unit for our home keeping the environment comfortable year-round for our family.

  I hired Air Wizard to install a new 2 ton Trane air conditioning system back in 2004 on my newly purchase home. This is actually the 2nd new system I purchased from them in 10 years. They came out on time and finished the job when they said they would. The system has worked perfectly for over 6 years now without any problems. These guys really know their stuff.
