  I work for a Doctor's office and we have been trying to call this company, in order to obtain status of our claim and we have been transferred from one place to another place without providing any assistance. This company have customer service representatives from other Countries and they are not well trained or have any idea of the services they are rendering... your call just gets transferred and transferred...without any resolution. This is the worst company, I have ever deal with...

  A Fraudulent company. They never pay. they answer the phone and then hang on you..They are thieves.. A complete scam. One star will be too much rating.

  DO NOT ACCEPT PATIENTS OR EVEN BECOME A MEMBER OF THEIR SERVICES. HAVE BEEN CHASING THEM DOWN FOR PAYMENT SINCE THEY SENT AN APPROVAL FOR A PATIENT, AND AFTER 6 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR PAYMENT AND NUMEROUS CALLS, THEY HANG UP AND NO ONE IS AWARE ABOUT THE CLAIMS. I WILL PROCEED TO REPORT THEM TO THE INSURANCE STATE COMMISSIONER.
