  Horrible customer service. My fiance and I visited right after we had just learned the sex of our baby and were very excited to start the registry! We stood at the baby registry desk for over 20 minutes. Employees saw us standing there and didn't even bother to tell us "sorry we'll be right with you" or anything for that matter. We decided to head over to Buy Buy Baby on W Flagler and 87 ave where we were treated like royalty! If you're scared of Buy Buy Baby because of their prices, don't be! If you find the same item cheaper anywhere else, just take a picture of it and they'll match the price!
  
  Unfortunately, one of our friends who is also pregnant did her registry at this Babies "R" US. Before arriving I called the store to ask if they had an item in stock so I didn't waste my time but, hung up after waiting for 7 minutes and 37 seconds. When I arrived and went to print list at the kiosk, the screen was not calibrated and I was having a tough time. The employee sitting at the registry desk - right next to me- saw that I was having trouble. Not once did she ask if i needed some help!
  
  After searching for the item I wanted I couldn't find it because the way it was mapped out on the registry was difficult to understand. So, naturally I asked one of the employees re-stocking the shelves. She asked me to wait and she'd be right with me. She made me wait until she put away all the items in her box before she turned her attention to me. When she found the item, she pointed at it and walked off. I needed help finding some other items but, at this point I was so over Babies "R" us and its employees I refused to give them any more of my money.
  
  To make matters worse, when paying for my item the cashier didn't even greet me. She had a bad attitude and they were out of the complimentary wrapping paper. So, once again, I headed to buy buy baby, wrapped my gift with their complimentary wrapping paper and bows and then bought her a gift card so she could shop respectfully and comfortably.
  
  I would NEVER recommend Babies "R" Us to ANYONE! I rather go to la Ideal or Walmart.
