  Stay away, NO compassion, Very superficial banking managers. New managers treat this branch like big banking!! Manager Adreina speaks to you like a 5 year old. You can not even get a word in. I mentioned I am the primary person on the account and they never even called me or e-mailed me as they state they do. They continued to call my wife with any issue. She was unavailable and changed her number. When my wife called and updated info. They were superficial in the replies and "we are going to help like the previous managers". Shortly after, the main manager called my wife back after 5 minutes and treated her like a child getting disciplined for not doing her homework. My wife was pleasant as she is a manager also treated her professionally. I was not okay with that..... and called her back today to speak with her as a business owner how she handled the call as I overheard it from a distance. I explained, they never reached out or introduced themselves. They should be customer friendly not systemic and aggressive. On the other hand, the previous 2 managers were sent from above. When I mentioned that, she said "that is why they are not here anymore". Meanwhile, one of the previous managers relocated to be close to her husband, Rosa we miss your service:) She would call/text to communicate and kept you abreast of our accounts. The TWO NEW MANAGERS Adrina and Nolan are meant to work together, both have attitudes and defend every others actions in tandem, One states he called and calls you a liar, but when you mention I have no voice mail and I have phone records...They said, "WELL, we don't have to call you or leave you a voice mail. We don't have to reverse any fees because you were over by $2 dollars, etc, etc. Although, since previous managers offered that service since they could never link our savings account, blaming the online banking dept..they made the effort to oversee the account. She is relentless, beware if you have a valid point. She has the WE HAVE THE POWER attitude, you can leave and close your account or we can close it also!!!! Stay away!!!!! They came from another branch for a reason. Worse CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN compared to big banking. UPDATE, In retaliation to complaining and writing a review, they canceled 3 business accounts and 1 personal account since she was upset I was going to close accounts and report her to corporate. Interesting on Adreina Trejo' s email it states she is a team leader... really????
