  This is just for the geek squad here. Do not take your stuff here if you don't have a good understanding of technology. I am currently trying to fix the mess they made of my grandfather's internet browsers. My grandfather doesn't understand file management, yet they left him with an exported file of all his favorites that I need to manually fix now. I am so upset that my grandfather was treated like this. This is NOT a repair and whoever did this should feel ashamed for taking advantage of my grandfather.

  And I just discovered that they sold my grandfather Office Suite software without installing it for him. Would I buy tires for a car without tires and not have them installed??? I am LIVID. There is no excuse for this behavior.

  Excellent! I brought a television. Associate was knowledgeable and helpful even though he didn't get paid by commission. Excellent sale prices and I am most definitely satisfied. I would recommend Best Buy in a heartbeat!
