  Overall, our experience was okay. I had chosen this location because the website reviews had advertised it as kid friendly, and I also called the hotel to see if there were kid options close because We weren't getting a car. I was told that everything was close and there was a shuttle to the mall, which has a lot of options. We were surprised when the pool area did not have any toys for kids, or towels , and was a mess from the night before. Towels were used and thrown everywhere, throw up was on the one table, and the garbage was overflowing. It was not cleaned up until our second day, and they said they needed to do laundry for us to get towels to use at the pool, so we used our shower towels from our room instead. Staff seemed to mock our questions and weren't very helpful, so we ended up renting a car because we realized that there wasn't much to do close to the hotel within walking distance. The staff arranged the car, and charged an outrageous amount, so I found one online that was a fraction of the cost, for 2 days longer. Our room smelled and the fan in the bathroom was super loud . When we mentioned it at the desk, they said that it's normal. Breakfast was really nice, and coffee was available all day, also the cookies were really good! The gym is very small, but it was nice because no one used it and I ended up being the only one there anyway. Overall, we still enjoyed our vacation, but it could've been more enjoyable with a few improvements.
