  I decided to call around multiple places in the city looking for an abrasive compound that would gently removed a few stains from marble then refinish my floors. ACE hardware referred me to Biscayne Chemical because no one seemed to have the product. I spoke to Ricardo at Biscayne Chemical on the phone and at first everything seemed great. I confirmed they had the product then headed to the store at 11:45 am. When I got there, he advised me to get diamond pads and gave me a step by step of what I should do. When the price tag for his suggestion came close to $500, I told him I was not looking to spend that much because honestly, my floors look great except some etching and staining on a 4 particular tiles over the years. He then suggested another alternative that would cost me $150 and gave the instructions for what I should do. I agreed and purchased the items. They were boxed and I paid by CC. Immediately I got home, I noticed the main item, and acid stain remover was missing. I also noticed they had sold me 20" steel wool pads and my rotatry polisher was 17", a fact that I confirmed with Ricardo at the store prior to purchase. I called the store at around 1pm to report this, and his wife answered and said I could return to collect the missing item. No apology for the inconvenience whatsoever. At this point, my day was already ruined as far as starting on schedule so while eating lunch before returning to the store, I went to a DIY video on stain removal. It showed a simple procedure using a brilo pad, and a hand drill with a sanding attachment to remove etching from marble when the affected area was not large. Since I intend to replace the floors in a few years, I was just looking for a solution this simple. I headed back to the store with the items I had purchased and his wife instantaneously points to an non-descript corner mounted sign stating "No refunds." If there's anything I hate, it's a con job and this felt like one. My receipt didn't have any mention or notation to that effect. I told the lady I would accept a full refund or store credit since I honestly don't mind supporting mom and pop businesses like this one but her approach makes me not want to go back there at all. I was treated like trash when prior to the sale they had made me feel like a valued customer. She proceeded to tell me how they do not give refunds and are known for that fact since the business opened. I left the merchandise in the store and walked out, telling her I'd contest it with my CC company. I am very disappointed. I hope this review saves someone else from getting taken like this. Poor customer service, lack of transparency, and definitely not anything in the spirit of a mom and pop establishment. I wish I had never visited this store.

  Amazing customer service. They were able to help me in selecting the proper cleaning supplies to make my job easier. The most important thing was they saved me money. I wont be going to any other supply store anymore. This is it.
