  This company is a hoax. It is overseen by Vidiana Orzaiz who calls herself the founder and director; and while she is not competent or even fit to run any company, much less to direct it, or even interact with people.
  
  Orzaiz does not have the capacity to understand what is being said to her unless it is along the lines of what she wants to hear. And to that end, the second she hears you say something that is not of her liking, she starts rolling her eyes at you, moving her hands in depiction of the "chusma" that she is.
  
  Apparently Orzaiz does not know that there are laws in this country, and that despite all the "director" title she wants to give herself, she has to abide by them and comply with them, this isn't "my way or no way" like Orzaiz thinks. Unfortunately for her, when dealing with people, her rendition of herself is the same chusma underestimating who she is speaking to.
  
  Word of caution, DO NOT hire Vidiana Orzaiz or her "company," Blue Management Group to run your association.
  
  South Lake Villas Board of Directors and President of the Board, I hope you are reading this review and also listen to the many complaints property owners at South Lake Villas have ever since it has been under the management of Vidiana Orzaiz DBA Blue Management Group and terminate the "services" of the aforementioned individual.
