  i went this morning on 04/29 and the service was terrible. not only did the person taking my order ask me to stop speaking, i was in line for 40 minutes and they still got my order wrong lmao. at the drive thru window he was wondering what i was still waiting for so i said “i’m missing a coffee” and he rolled his eyes. he never gave me a receipt either and it’s a shame bc i was actually excited to eat BK but he messed everything up

  The manager Miguel was extremely helpful and replaced a subpar veggie burger and small fry order from the Doral Burger King location. I received a done veggie burger with all of the trimmings and a fresh batch of fries. I like to get what I pay for and this location did not disappoint even thought it wasn’t their issue. Great customer service! Thanks guys!
