  These are really good people. I walked into their office desperate at 5PM on a Friday afternoon in August. I have 4 dogs and my thermostat had died, which meant no air conditionoing. I just wanted the actual thermostat but the AC equipment store had closed. My old AC guy (who was busy in Ft. Lauderdale) said he would talk me through installing it...which is kind of funny since I am the least technical person in the world. I saw their sign and just walked in. The owner said he also had dogs and would not let me do it because there was too much danger for me and my AC. He was a dog person and he knew that I was in a panic. I have two french bulldogs who will die in extreme heat. He sent David, who was sitting there to follow me home. I was so impressed that I that I went ahead with his servicing recommendations and signed on for a service contract. These are really nice people who do business like everyone should. I could not be happier. I am also grateful that I did not hurt myself of ruin my air conditioner. I think they charge very fairly and they will not leave you hanging on a weekend. Staff is great. You can trust their guys and leave them in your house...good people. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. I did not think that service like this was still around.

  Worst idea I ever had calling them they ran me around telling me it was one problem then my air won't work and they say it's another problem they have no idea what there doing need to find someone else
