  Before moving in I made it a point that the water pressure and bathtub needed work. Since then I've been told both issues were personal problems and I could have my money back to leave if I desire. After speaking to one of their representatives and making it clear that is not how business should be conducted I have been given empty promises. I moved in mid-november and have seen little effort to repair either discrepancy. My hot water heater worked on the first night but hasn't worked since and the Cervera representatives made it clear thru their demeanor they are in no rush to rectify this concern seeing as how they do not have to live in it. I mentioned hopes of being credited for the inconvenience and have been met with a chuckle or no reply text message. We have been patient with the company but they merely use our patience as an advantage. Hope to see them pick up after themselves come Monday. Not sure if this is the correct address for the office I speak of but definitely the same company.
  Update: They’ve replaced water heater but did not verify if it worked at all. I informed their office We still have the same issue and asked if someone could come back to take a look & they are not at all interested in coming back to fix the issue.
