  If only I can rate this zero stars. The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The bounce house was installed incorrectly and it fell on the children. They were cut up, bleeding, bruised, and terrified. I was disrespected by the owner who called me a liar when I tried to explain the situation and told me to fix the bounce house myself. Had to call the police when they took the bounce house away because the man who installed it got violent and disrespectful when I tried to explain what happened and ask for a refund. Ruined the entire day I worked so hard to plan and won't return my phone calls to get my money back. If you love your children and want to have a successful party I advise you to look elsewhere.
