  The hotel was amazing. Staff was wonderful and the rooms were extremely clean. Everything is new in the hotel, pool area was great. Sonia at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, she welcomes us and made us feel at home. She’s great at her job!

  Best hotel stay I've had in a while! First of all, I have to immediately commend Ms. Sonia Rivera, one of the front desk agents. Soon as we walked in we were greeted by Ms. Rivera, she welcomed us as if we were walking into her home. She promptly checked us in and gave us helpful info on where everything was located around the hotel. She is an absolute gem, thank you so much for making us feel at home. The room was lovely, very chic. I come to Miami often and I will definitely be returning to this specific Courtyard. Thank you!
