  The facility is clean and well maintained. The coaches are knowledgeable and experienced. There are refreshments and supplements available to athletes consistently. Classes are not overly large. Coaches scale workouts to accommodate all ability levels. Members are friendly and push one another to meet goals and complete workouts. There is a sense of family and a inclusive community here. I always enjoy my time at MIA.
