  I wish i could give zero stars. they say they specialize on keratin treatment. well i went there and my hair looked exaclty the same after. not even a little straight or less freezy. they said it was probably my fault and gave me no refund or solution to the issue. they also charged way more than any other place i have been to. very rude to costumers. also , they would charge more for any single servise. they told a person with virtually no hair that if he wanted a blower on top of a cut they would charge them 35 dollars extra, and the cut was 15. i also saw a lady who did not speak spanish and the manager said, charge her like 40 dollars for the blower ( a lady with the same length and volume of hair), "she does not even know what we are saying". they dont have standard prices set, no satisfaction guarantee and neglet costumers opinion. i would discourage everyone from going here.
