  Living in CA, not knowing the rental market in Miami, I started looking for apartment in Miami area. Later, I found out that in Miami, you rent apartment mostly through a Real Estate agent and sometime it can take up to 20 days to get approval from some of the nice apartment/condo associations. We were press for time and needed to get into an apartment within 10 days, therefore, we did research on internet and spoke to some agents before we got there. One of the person we found was Brain. He sounded very knowlegeable in the area and understood our needs. On Friday, he showed us some properties and on the same day, we were able to get an apartment. By Monday afternoon, we signed the lease and moved into the apartment on Tuesday. WOW! What a service! I think because Brian understood our needs and press for time, therefore, he was able to find some properties that fits our needs. He returened calls promptly and provided great service. Thank you Brian.
