  In mid-December 2016, I ended up having to rent a car locally for a few days because my car was acting up - so I decided to stop by this Enterprise location I had heard about to see if they had a car available. I showed up maybe 20 minutes before the location was supposed to close yet still the service was fast, friendly and thorough. What's crazy about that is that they were very busy with people coming in to drop off their rentals at the end of the day - you'd think I'd have had to wait a while and then been rushed through the process but it was the complete opposite. I was impressed with them from Day 1.
  
  -- By the way, the rental process is much more complicated if you decide to put it on a debit card so if you want to get the car quickly, put it on a credit card! --
  
  I had to stop by the following day to add a 2nd driver to my rental agreement to ensure they were covered and they took care of us very quickly again and with ease. Dropping off the car a couple of days later was a piece of cake as well. Note that I worked with different representatives each time and they were ALL great!
  
  Just a quick note on the actual car I rented: I ended up getting a beautiful gray Dodge Journey crossover and I loved it! The car drove smoothly and you could tell it was well cared for inside and out. It was a sad and difficult thing for me to let it go and get back to my 2002 SUV. =)
  
  In general, everyone at this Enterprise location was very nice and knowledgeable - and they all had a great attitude about their work! This Enterprise team was a true pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience!

  This has been the worst rental experience I've ever had in my life. I've scheduled a pick up time at 9:30AM at a repair facility that's 1.5 miles away from the location. They arrived an hour later to pick me up. If I would've know that it would take that long, I would've called an Uber and arrived to the Enterprise location within 2-3 minutes! Upon arrival, they only had limited vehicles (Ford Fiesta and Nissan Frontier). I wasn't pleased with the selection and unhappy with wasting the customers valued time.........especially when I had to travel to be in West Palm Beach by 11:30AM. After all of that, I took the Frontier and swapted the pick up truck in another location. In all.....my entire morning was wasted and I had to cancelled my meeting in West Palm Beach. This type of service is unacceptable! Definitely I won't be using Enterprise ever again, which I had used them multiple of times. They should valued more the customers time and not have them wasted their entire morning, even after calling them 3 times to see why it was taking so long. All they kept on saying, the driver is on the way. Seriously! It doesn't take an hour to drive 1.5 miles. Unacceptable service!
