  The staff is very polite and the whole place is very organized. The ride in the boat is great, but the everglades is a lot bigger than I thought...and the boat ride doesn't take that long. It was a good ride, tough. The captain was a very nice, sharing a lot of cool information about the park and it's history.
  
  The gift store is the low point here. I was hoping to buy something interesting, but didn't find any. Could be a lot better.
