  Shirlene - Assistant Manager was welcoming and made my experience smooth and simple. She took the time to help me find the perfect storage unit then walked me through the process with much care. I would try to buy a lock before arriving as they charge $16.99 for something that you can get for $5. Not sure the exact size but attached is a pic. Apart from that, it's a clean and well kept space.
