  I have been regrowing in my hair for about 5 year. All my hair was even I went to her once for a basic relaxer and now i have 4 patches on the middle of my hair. I am completely disgusted with the service I receive. I've worked hard to regrow my hair and she damaged it all over again. My hair probably broke off because she was trying to tend to two customers at once and left my relaxer on too long.
