  Bought some sound Barrie sheets they charge me to cut down, and after a week I call back and they told me they were too busy! To come and get it, or get a refund, after a week of waiting for them! Why they say that they can cut it and now they are too busy to take care of
  A client! I guess they only care about big companies!

  Dont tell them what you need, theyll figure it out for you, because they dont know much about anything. And then they raise the price on you because you made them look like an ass. I used to come here for years. for odds and ends. Times have changed, apparently. I wont be coming back to this establishment. What a shame.

  This place is terrible. First of all, I understand there is a large Hispanic population in Miami but it's a huge turn off when you have a hard time finding someone that speaks English fluently at a large store like this. They are understaffed or just staffed by people that don't really care. I work as a contractor and my shop is 2 minutes from their store but I happily drive 15 minutes out of my way to Shell Lumber in Coconut Grove to get what I need now. Better selection, English speaking employees and I'm welcomed as soon as I walk in the door. Screw this place.
