  I gave this business review 2 stars because when I first made an appointment with them back in January. I went there and no one was there. I called several times and left messages. I didn't hear back from anyone for a whole hour and so. Mind you im not from down there so that was a waste of time and gas. Then we finally rescheduled. And i found the dress i fell in love with. I made my deposit. The owner was suppose to order my dress. He then calls to say I won't have my dress till after my wedding. Im like are you serious right now. He said yes but i can give you what we have in the store. I then proceeded to ask him, will there be any discount because that's a used dress? He first informs me no there will not be. I told him I truly think that's unfair and unprofessional due to the fact that I was paying full price for a brand new dress never worn, never tried on. However you want me to purchase a dress at full price that has been worn and tried on. And that's a little filthy, where it look like dirt and back sweat rubbed off on the dress. He says I'll take $100 off and I'll send the dress to the cleaners for it to get properly cleaned. That was our agreement. Then I proceeded to call him to ask him can I come pick up the dress weeks later. He told me he hasn't sent the dress to the cleaners, and it will take the cleaners two weeks to clean the dress. Which was strange because I didn't know that it take that long to clean a dress. Daily proceeded to call me Friday to see if I'm able to come pick up the dress it's ready. When I go I asked him to take the dress out the bag. I look the dress up and down in and out still the same filthy marks from there was back sweat in the dress looks like someone stepped on the bottom of the dress and then some. He stated he steam the dress himself. However that was not our original agreement and I showed him where the dress was still filthy. I would never go to him again and I advise anyone else that is trying to plan their wedding not to get their wedding dress for him either.
