  I was desperate. My 12-year-old son was being baptized in a few days and needed guayaberas for him and for my 5-year-old immediately. (Without me noticing, the kids outgrew the ones they already had.) That day, I called and drove to many businesses in and around Miami (Calle Ocho, Doral, Kendall) and all I found were inferior quality guayaberas. This was a special occasion for my family. Cheap, run-of-the-mill guayaberas would not do!
  
  After searching Google from my phone while still in the car, I found Guayaberas Cubanas and spoke with Ivis. Ivis was absolutely wonderful! She agreed to meet me and my oldest son on such short notice and she recognized that my 5'7" son should be wearing an adult-sized guayabera and not the children's size I thought he needed. She also knew the perfect size for my 5-year-old based solely on my hand gestures. (I had to leave him at home.) Both of the shirts she has on hand were long-sleeved and we needed short-sleeved and Ivis accepted the challenge and offered to tailor the shirts and have them ready for me later that evening. Same-day service and Ivis produced stunning results! The shirts were perfect, they were perfectly tailored, and both boys looked absolutely gorgeous on our special day!
  
  Ivis' charming personality and her professionalism are reminiscent of how businesses used to be run "back in the day" (or "back in the old country" depending on your point of view) which is absent in most clothing shops of today. If you need a guayabera for your kids, your husband, or yourself, you absolutely must give Ivis a call and I just might meet you there when I need guayaberas in the future!
