  Worst place I have ever lived. Washing machine does not work properly, bathroom mounding is dry rotted and molded. People leave garbage On the property apparently they are to lazy to go to the dumpster. Residents do not pick up thier pets waste and it is all over the lawns. These are low budget apts that are way over priced and not as advertised. Very disappointed.

  The main security gate that got broken since Sept 2017 has yet to be fixed (6 months after the fact), worst of all my motorcycle got stolen because of the lack of security. The parking is terrible, my car got hit and rear back light was damaged. Worst of all, there has been cases were dog owners leave their dogs poop all over the side walk and stairs where pedestrians walk and they have done absolutely nothing about any of the above! I along with my two other roommates will NOT be renewing our lease. We pay $2,000 for a 3/2 to deal with this nonsense. Not worth it! Also, the main office NEVER answers the phone the first 3 phone calls, you need to call at least 10 times before they do, voicemail is always full! Terrible service!
