  Didn't make it in the door. Had a horrible time making an appointment.I called twice on Saturday and nothing. Then I called three times today (twice it went to a full mailbox) and after almost five minutes of ringing someone unprofessionally answers the phone. Just a hello-no stating of the business name or anything. I ask if this is the Healing Hands Inst. and the lady says "yes". I then tell her I would like to schedule an appt for my Groupon/facial. Her response is "I don't speak English". She then says in more English that I must call back tomorrow between 9-5. It was 5:30. The Facebook page says open until 6pm!!! I explain to her in Spanish that I will be at work during those hours and can't do it tomorrow. They don't take walk-ins and I needed an appt for this Thurs. It would be silly to wait till Wed. to schedule the facial. She just repeats that I should call back tomorrow between 9-5. Twelve years of learning Spanish in school and six weeks in Spain with a family and apparently I don't know enough Spanish to make an appt. for a facial in Miami,Fl,USA. Whoever answered the phone is just lazy. She didn't even try to find someone who spoke more English. I returned my Groupon and will be going some place that accommodates non native Spanish speakers, or at least has a bilingual operator.
