  This is officially the worst, Hertz rental location I have experienced with this company.
  
  Simply, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Did not experience this when returning the vehicle.
  
  I reserved a Mid size car (i.e. Toyota Corolla). Got the shittiest Kia Soul. Really!
  
  Customer service facing representatives @ counter simply do not care.
  
  Pros:
  - still thinking...
  
  Cons:
  - Simply bad genuine service
  - car size underselling
  
  Would not recommend, but then again most car rental companies are crappy.
  
  Started to use TURO in other cities and will start using in Miami in the future.
