  I rated them with 2 stars just because of the location. Close to dadeland mall, 826, next to US1. However, I had problems with termites, roaches and A/C. Termites is an everyday thing. Roaches not that often, but one day you will go to your kitchen and find a roach walking on top of your stuff despite everything being clean. A/C they did small fixes all the time until it got to a point where their fix would not last a day. They had to replace the entire unit.
