  Never before I felt so mistreated and cheated as in that dealer. The Service Advisor, Jorge Damien, offers the worst customer service I have received in my entire life. For sure my complaint will not be limited to this review only...

  If I could give one star I would. I sent my car in to change the tire and fix the latch. The tire and latch was replaced but the back bumper was damaged from changing the latch. I told them about it and they said they would fix it. They took two weeks until it was finally ready. And when I picked it up all they did was paint over the hole, it wasn’t even painted right, it was painted with a pen. I told them it was unacceptable and that the bumper should have been replaced or filled in and then painted, but they didn’t want to do it. It is their fault my new car has a damage in the back. Avoid them at all cost, go to another hyuandai.

  Very poor phone service. Try to communicate 7 times today to ask about a guarantee of my vehicle and they communicated me with different extensions. Maritza and Ana treated me and tried to communicate. In none of the occasions I was attended to. Finally, they informed me that Ext 8825 could be attended to by Mr. Toledo. I was waiting 15 minutes online. He never answered the call. If that is the attention for a call, I do not want to imagine how it will be with the service of my vehicle!
