  Yelp has the real reviews it seems (3.5). Marion you are an embarrassment to Miami hospitality. I reaaally tried not writing this review but one more straw and I had to.
  
  I have gone through the biggest mission and over 12 calls and hours of my time to reach the right people, to get the right info as many employees here have no idea what they're talking about and managers later tell me new info, then blame me for not knowing their policy since "they've had it for 3 years".
  
  The managers tried to make my birthday better after all the miscommunication their team caused, by allowing me to bypass the policy where they have a minimum for how much my party spends. I then laughed since I specifically picked this place weeks prior since I called and asked if there was a minimum and the employee said no. Every favor they "tried" to do, just dug them a bigger hole and made me realize just how much worse their communication was than I thought. Fail.
  
  I cannot even write all the mess-ups but there was back to back changed info I learned 2 days prior my party, like prices and policies which I had double-checked before, but apparently was always given 10 different answers from people. Now I'm on the phone and since I'm bringing my own bottles, asked which red wines they have on the list so I don't bring the same brands, she right away says "The corkage fee is 45.. I mean wait $30. Wait let me double-check." and puts me on hold for 10 minutes. Woman, I didn't ask the corkage fee, and you totally ignored my question. Now I'm just waiting for her to get back to me so I can answer the phone and say yes I know, it's $30, but WHAT RED WINES do you have. Listen to your customers! Don't assume! And MARION TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE.
