  Every time I come to this place is a new thing. Yes the work that's done is professional and useful. But not for customer service I was here for one hour and a half waiting for my name to be called. When I knock on the window I realize they haven't even looked at my name after I gave my appt card and signed my name. My name is called and then I have to wait 20 more minutes inside. Last time I got an appt for laser on Wednesday I came all the way from another city. When I come here they dontknow where the laser machine is or the doctor. They told me why did I make an appt on Wednesday as if I know when the machine is not here or the doctor. Then I ask when will I be attended, it seems like it will take longer since patients that came after me are being attended first. This is not normal in a such well known hospital.
