  Margarita has all the qualities of the perfect real estate professional. She is extremely honest and straight forward lady. She is responsive, works nights and weekends to make sure the deal is going smoothly. She gave me excellent advices, she is very patient, very flexible, and simply does what she says. Unlike the typical sales person that will be pushy and greedy just in order to seal a deal and earn his commission - Margarita is the opposite of that. I was surprised. She walked me through the searches for an apartment and she was the one that warned me about certain risks and suggested to drop the deal. At the end I found the right apartment. I just don't have enough words to describe how happy I am with the service I received. It could not be ANY better. Highly recommended.
