  This place is a pathetic excuse for a business. They ruined the shirt my husband was supposed to wear on our wedding day and didn't do anything to fix it. I decided to give them another chance and took them a pair of pants I needed altered and they LOST THEM! When I got there to pick them up they simply told me they lost them and I guess expected me to be okay with that. When I got upset they raised their voices at me and told me it's just a pair of pants. I explained that I have a business myself and this is no way to treat your customers and the owner said, and I quote, "Well you run your business that way if you want but I run my business my way." Great way to run your business! I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau because I am so appalled at the way I was treated over a mistake THEY made. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here.I also told them the least they could do is give me the money back for the pants so I could go buy another pair and they said I would have to bring them a receipt and file a claim with their insurance. So I can't even go buy myself a new pair! Atrocious customer service and a sorry excuse for a business.

  Took my cloths here and they ruined it. The owner acted like it's not her responsibility. Worst service. Please save yourself the time and NEVER take your cloths here. This is one of the peices they returned to me. The tie was 1 week old. Gave it back warped.
