  I went to to renew mi passport and I was refused due to a small shadow in the photo.
  The person processing passports recommended me to go and retake the photo.
  I saw other person complaining for that same issue. My two boys were refused too, due to the same picture issue. Other people were refused for other reasons.My impressions was that the employees on that places are not collaborative with the citizens, and that they are lookig for reasons, to work the least as possible.
  Why the that office do not provide Photo services?.
  Why the employee are not more open to help the citizens?. For example, they took all my documents, started the process, and after 30 minutes, they returned my documents telling me that the picture was not fine.
  That place could be better.
