Landy was supposed to be "helping" me. He disappeared to sit and gossip like a female after finding out I wasn't purchasing today as I needed more info and he barely wanted to give me that. Landy made me help him measure the sectional when I asked the dimensions, his exact words were the dimensions rooms to go has are NEVER right. As long as RTG has been in business an employee claims their dimensions are untrustworthy. Disgusting, just like the staff. The whole staff seemed to be either concerned about following me around the store and not helping at all. (As if I was going to steal a sectional and carry it on my back without notice. I'm 5'2 115) I'm guessing these ignorant beings didn't realize I speak Spanish lol. So on top of that they were using foul and inappropriate words while sitting around like hoodlums. Reporting this store and LANDY to the corporate office ASAP. Discrimination and bad treatment will not be tolerated. Its 2018! Get with the times. This isn't the 3rd world country you think it is. Welcome to 2018 where PoC have rights.

I would like to start with how disappointed I am with the furniture and costumer service of Rooms to Go. I went in a month ago to buy a bedroom set for my 3 year old. Everything was fine until they delivered my furniture damaged and cracked. I called to report it and have it redelivered. The second time the same furniture came scratched and broken. I call once again but this time to cancel the order and get my refund. As soon as I said that, they asked me to please give it another chance that they would make sure to send pictures when the furniture left the warehouse to make sure that everything was ok, and that they would give me a call within 48-72 hours. I accepted because I really liked the style and I wanted to finish my daughter’s room. A week passed by NO ONE CALLED ME, I call customer service AGAIN, and I scheduled a delivery for coincidently today, a third time. The furniture arrives once again damaged. This time I call the store to finally cancel my order, I was greeted rudely at first, but after some chatting with a lady named Maria she was able to cancel my order, schedule a pickup for the first broken furniture I still have at home a month later, and hopefully after this happens I will get my refund, we shall see. Moral of the story at the end of it all, my daughter still has no furniture, I still have a cracked head/footboard at home, and I have to wait another week to see if I can finally solve this. The only person I am grateful for her help is Maria. I think that 3 chances are more than enough. It just saddens me that this company lost a customer for this service.
