  I visited many other Ross's without issues all over Florida and many others around the country. but this one really disappoint me.... Not only was it messy but when I ask to use the bathroom the loss prevention lady proceeded to look at me up and down and then reply" the bathroom is out of service" when I ask... really? where do you go to the bathroom. she reply "I guess we're going to have to suffer today" had no choice but to go to Marshall's next door to do my shopping and use their bathroom facility which it turnout to be a more pleasant experience
