  Super rude. The people at the front desk get extremely upset and vile when you don't know how to explain something in Spanish. I went in today to ask for my AGI from last year's taxes and the lady asked me why I wasn't filing with them so I explained that my friend is doing taxes now and I wanted to help her have clients and the lady told me that they don't ask for an AGI number there from last year and that she's never heard of that. So I told her that even TurboTax and any kind of e-filing was asking for last year's AGI and she just became frustrated with me and said that she can sell me a copy of last year's taxes for $25. She refused to give me the AGI number and made me buy a copy. Little did she know that was the last $25 I had in my pocket for me and my daughter this week so now I'm running on E because she was upset that I wasn't fighting with her this year. These people don't care about anyone even their clients.
