  Quiet room overlooking the water. Staff is very friendly and the place is clean. Really clean. Pretty sure I saw more staff than guests. It’s Florida so even in Feb it’s humid to people not used to it. That meant in the inside felt a little cold and damp. Overall would recommend staying here. In this case it was the better and cheaper option to AirBnB.

  Near the airport, but the location is kind of isolated. If you are just crashing for one night or two without car, can be a boring place to stay. The place offer a shuttle service, BUT (and this is why I'm giving them one star review) this have been the WORST shuttle service ever have. For sure a reflect of very poor management.
  Based in the hotel service description, the shuttle pass through the airport every 30 min. After waiting 45 min, I had to call the hotel and they told me the shuttle just arrived there and will take like 30 minutes due to the traffic. After I hang up, I saw the shuttle coming. I was a little confused because they said the shuttle just arrived to the hotel. The following day I had a meeting at the airport and I planned to use the shuttle to get in there. Wait over 35 min for the shuttle and 15 min to get out of the hotel. When I complained the guy at front desk said I had to schedule the shuttle before (but I thought the shuttle ran to the airport every 30 min). To get back from the airport to the hotel took another 35 min wait (and yes, I had to call the hotel). All this happened with this attitude like they are doing us a favor, which is not, because it is a service advertised as part of the hotel amenities. Last day at the hotel I asked for the shuttle to take me to the airport. This time the shuttle arrived at the time they said at the front desk. Walked outside and wait for the driver to return. After 15 min I looked at the lady in the front desk (same lady I asked for the shuttle service) and she was there like if there is nobody waiting. All of the sudden I saw the driver doing some cleaning at the surroundings and ask him for the shuttle service. He was like "Oh! Nobody told me!". Already outside for 35 minutes, and the guy came out to told us that we need to wait 25 minutes to the hour to see if there is any other passengers. Very long story short, I asked for the manager who never came out to talk, but the driver took us to the airport at that moment. Very poor service in general, way under Marriot standards.
