  First of all I would like to say that SPRINT should pay their employees better. The employees are lying to the customers. They sell plans that are ripping people off.
  
  When I went to sprint they put me in a plan that I wasn't aware of. They put me in a plan that is going to be with a bunch of strangers that will keep my monthly payment SUPPOSED low... however, after months of payying about 130 dollars a month. I called Sprint to ask them why is my bill continuing increasing? They told me in detail what plan I was under. After, I decided to leave them because they told me that other people's actions were going to affect me, I thought it was completely wrong of them doing this type of business with customer. I expended a lot of money when I leave the contact about 700 dollars I pay the phone and they still wanted me to pay an early termination which is about 150? I thought it was a lot of money already at this point. I was with them for about a year and 5 months and still you pay this kind of money. I refuse to pay any more of my hard working money just to be able to have a phone service they had the guts to sended to a tax collectors agency... now I am stuck there. Don't be a fool and stay away from their trap. It's a great set up they have loud music and energetic people to make you buy their lies with a can of soda. JUST DON'T SING ANY CONTRACT OTHERWISE YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT !!!! I have sprint with all my heart for lying tremendously to my face. I pay so much freaking money unnecessary. Don't buy anything they are saying.

  Bad customer service! Very rude salesperson. Waited in line 1-2hrs for nothing. They were racists, assumed i only spoke spanish, i dont recommend coming to this store AT ALL..
