  Horrible costumer service. Got to my room toilet was not working and I told them we had used the bathroom and itcwas not flushing the supervisor on duty at the time told me nothing he could do. I told him it was disgusting hos answer was "that's your urine". Later in the evening the a.c. stopped working . No manager addressed the problem either. All the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were dirty. Since I called to speak to the main manager. Hours pass by no one called back. I will never stsy in a marriot property again.
