  As a childcare owner and provider I have to agree with some of the parents on the ratings of this school. I actually had a niece and nephew attend this school as well as co workers working here and quitting within a month....all have said it was the worst experience ever....I personally picked my niece up from school and she was locked in her car seat crying at the class door waiting for my arrival. ( 1 year old) No one showed her comfort or was concerned of her whole face red from crying so long. Mind you this was this childs first and last day of school.. new environment, new faces to this child....and it was the "owner" who I retrieved her from. The woman who mentioned not getting paid for a whole week I have heard of them doing this to so many teachers who leave. For without the teachers the functioning of the school is impossible so why not pay the teachers or workers who are making your business a success. an ex -worker mentioned how she couldn't count how many rocks she use to pull out of my nephews mouth from the playground they use to have that was unsafe. And as far as hand washing upon arrival it is mandatory for accreditation all pre-schools are required to do this if it's an accredited school it's nothing they came up with. And all children attending preschool sick are required to be sent home to avoid any other children from getting sick....Also they are not teaching anything different from any other preschool. Children learn through play, print, colors and repetition it's a daily routine and a daily schedule we provide to perform the same things every single day. It's called classroom management.... Circle time or learning time which ever you call it they are gonna learn whatever you do every single day. This is all pre-schools.... I agree they can be more professional and appreciative when it comes to dealing with children and there families and teachers.. Seems as if it's trying to be ran like small world Montessori with less structure and knowledge. The first step is to get qualified teachers to form a good staff but they never keep teachers on board... the teachers all quit which is why they are always hiring. The children are definitely not the number one priority at unique kids if uniforms are the concern upon a child arriving to school for one day and turned away. When the payment was gladly accepted. will the child have learned any more or less because of a uniform? It's an image for the school only to make parents feel they are more than what they are just to look professional. I have seen a lot of red flags at this school and wonder how these centers get accredited???? This is only my opinion as a professional childcare provider. The feed back from the owner to the parents rate above and comments shows her unprofessionalism. Regardless of whomever were bringing the child to school you were the care giver when the child attended the school and had a allergic reaction. Allergy list of all children with allergies are to be posted in each class for all teachers to know. Either way you are responsible. Has nothing to do with her not meeting the staff ....had she met the staff he wouldn't have been given something he was allergic to?
