  If I could I would give them a lower rating. I mailed an envelope full of paperwork and sets of passport photos. I specifically told the lady that it was very important for those photos not to fall out. Somehow everything in the package was received except for the two sets of passport photos. Now the package was in perfect condition there was nothing wrong with it it's just that the lady never put it in the package in the first place. Literally go anywhere else to do your business!! To make matters worse the first time that I called the store the gentleman was extremely rude to me. He eventually did say sorry and started talking better but at first it was just horrible also!
