  I recently tried to suspend my services, not cancel, because I was involved in a car accident two weeks ago. The staff stated I couldn't cancel my account because I didnt have a doctor's note specifying no exercise, however I gladly offered my ER records along with the X-rays, ct scan, and MRIs. That apparently isn't sufficient for them, it's cheaper to cancel my account for $10 than have to pay a co-pay of $15 to get the note they are requesting.
  
  Good bye Youfit, it's good to know how much empathy you have for your customers.
