  Been living here for 3 years now. Nice apartments and units include parking spaces. They recently installed new modern blinds which was nice of them since typically property management companies wait until you leave to complete upgrades/enhancements. Pool is always clean and pretty chill and the gym is basic but has everything you need to get a workout in.
  
  Maintenance team is really good. They respond to stuff right away and fix whatever you submit that has an issue.
  
  Only con and really isn’t related to my building is that if you’re on the side facing the SOMA apartments building sometimes they have parties until late at night by their pool. With me being a light sleeper this wakes me up some nights. Depending on my schedule the next day, I tough it out or call the cops on them.
  
  Great spot and very central too.
