  Love living here! The location is great. Right in the heart of Brickell, half a block from both the MetroRail and MetroMover. Exterior walls are thick, so you really can't hear all of the noise happening on the metro/street. Staff is super helpful and friendly--especially Christina at the front desk! It's amazing that such a nice building is so much more affordable than all of the newer builds going up.
